The Putting Care at the Center Beehive serves as the conference’s innovation and semi-structured networking space. Companies, nonprofits, foundations, and other organizations looking to elevate their brand, promote their products, and grow their networks can participate in the virtual Beehive by sponsoring Putting Care at the Center 2020: Virtual.
Sponsors will have the opportunity to present their organization’s work and products in video and electronic format and to engage conference participants in a dedicated Zoom breakout room. While the virtual Beehive session will take place on Tuesday 10/27, 2:30-4 pm ET (11:30 am-1 pm PT), sponsored content (videos and promotional materials) will be freely available to participants from Monday 10/26, 12 pm ET (9 am PT), to Wednesday 10/28, 4 pm ET (1 pm PT). This will allow participants to consult and download this material at their leisure.
Moreover, sponsors have the option of staffing their dedicated Zoom breakout rooms on Tuesday 10/27, 9 am-12 pm ET (6-9 am PT), and on Wednesday 10/28, 9 am-4 pm ET (6 am-1 pm PT). This will be in addition to the virtual Beehive session on Tuesday 10/27 and will provide sponsors with opportunities for extended engagement and private meetings with interested participants throughout the conference.

Two weeks prior to the conference, confirmed sponsors at or above the $3,000 level will receive the list of all individuals (name, title, organization, email address) who have registered by that date and who have not opted out of receiving promotional outreach from conference sponsors.
