Ideal for those new to complex care or anyone looking to refresh their understanding of the field’s core ideas and language.

From intent to impact: Creating a roadmap to engage people with lived experience in your work

This interactive workshop helps participants strengthen how their organizations partner with people with lived experience (PWLE) in designing, delivering, and evaluating health and social care programs.
