The following food functions are included with your registration: 

  • Tuesday, May 12 - Breakfast and Networking reception appetizers (this is not a dinner event)
  • Wednesday, May 13 - Continental Breakfast and Lunch
  • Thursday, May 14 - Continental Breakfast and Lunch

Refreshment breaks will be offered throughout the conference.

HFPC is seeking CEUs for Social Work and Addiction Professionals. Are you interested in receiving CEUs or a Certificate of Attendance?

Early registration is now open and will be available through December 10, 2025. Regular registration begins December 11, 2025, with rates of $875 for full conference and $775 for the conference only experience. The deadline to complete registration online is April 26, 2026.

Payment

Important: After submitting please wait to be redirected to the "Thank you for your payment" page before exiting the window. Then click continue to get back to the registration form. If the form is closed before the thank you page is generated, your registration will not be submitted to the database.
