Eamon Reilly has practiced health law in Austin for the last 12 years. After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law, Eamon began his health-law career in Medicaid enforcement, first with the Texas Attorney General’s Civil Medicaid Fraud Division, followed by Texas HHSC’s Office of Inspector General. Since joining the Texas Medical Association (TMA) in 2019, Eamon has advocated and advised on multiple areas of health law pertinent to TMA’s physician members, including public health, fraud and abuse investigations, scope of practice, Medicaid, maternal health, and telemedicine.

Micah is a licensed Texas attorney with an undergraduate and law degree from the University of Texas at Austin and over 20 years of experience working in and around government actively shaping public policy and influencing key decision makers. He's advised elected officials and Fortune 500 companies and now serves as the VP for Public Policy & Government Relations at Harris Health.

Janet Walker is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Texas Association of Community Health Plans. In this role, Janet leads the Texas-based community health plans in collective efforts to improve the health and well-being of Texans through accessible, quality, and cost-effective health care. As CEO, Janet represents and advocates for issues important to the TACHP mission of supporting and strengthening the delivery and outcomes of health care in Texas communities.
