Adrian Garcia is an Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Texas. He serves as the Civil Health Care Fraud Coordinator and the Affirmative Civil Enforcement Coordinator. Before joining the government, he clerked for the Honorable Philip Ray Martinez of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and practiced civil litigation in Dallas, Texas.
