Overview
The fraud crisis has captured the attention of the nation and was the catalyst for the creation of first new division in the Department of Justice in over two decades: the Fraud Division. Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Jonathan R. Hornok will describe the structure and priorities of the new division, including the division's focus on corporate misconduct in the health care fraud market segment, and the emerging technology, data, and enforcement tools the division is using to combat fraud nationwide.
