Dr. Viv Babber is a board-certified physician, AI governance strategist, and healthcare leadership expert with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of clinical care, healthcare operations, risk management, and emerging technologies. Dr. Babber advises healthcare organizations, executives, and professional groups on the governance challenges created by artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on human accountability, decision oversight, organizational defensibility, and AI-related risk. Her work explores the legal and operational implications of AI-influenced decision-making, helping leaders navigate emerging concerns involving liability, compliance, patient safety, and governance.
