Biography
Elena Broaddus, PhD, MSPH, is a western-Colorado based Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and co-director of PEACHnet—a practice- and community-based research network for Colorado’s western slope. Elena’s doctoral training was in global public health and social and behavioral interventions, and her current research interests focus on the integration of efforts to understand and address social determinants of health into primary care.

Rachel Landauer (she/her) is a Clinical Instructor at the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation of Harvard Law School, where she works with partners to advocate for health care policy and practice reform. Her projects address pressing issues including health care regulatory compliance for social care interventions, information sharing and data privacy, and the diffusion of innovative care models that promote health equity.

Dr. Iman Hassan is associate professor and Director for Community and Population Health Initiatives in the Division of General Internal Medicine at Montefiore-Einstein. Her career goal is to advance health equity through the development and implementation of rigorously validated training approaches for identifying and addressing structural barriers to care.
