Maxwell Ruppersburg, MPA, PMP, (he/him) serves the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health (DBHDD) leading the Office of Supportive Housing as Director. He represents DBHDD as Vice Chair for the Georgia Balance of State Continuum of Care and serves on Atlanta's CoC Board.

Letitia Robinson, MPA, LCSW, (she/her) serves as Assistant Director for the Office of Supportive Housing for DBHDD. Letitia is Georgia’s state PATH contact for homeless outreach and case management funded by SAMHSA. Letitia has over 20 years’ experience spearheading projects for individuals with behavioral health needs experiencing homelessness. Formerly, Letitia had direct oversight of emergency shelters, addiction recovery homes, homeless transitional programs, mental health group homes, a Ryan White Clinic, and several HUD permanent supportive housing programs.

Brett Seay, MPA, (he/him) the Office of Supportive Housing as Fidelity Monitor Specialist for the Georgia Housing Voucher Program. He works toward the development of high quality Permanent Supportive Housing/Housing First standards in Georgia's statewide network of behavioral health providers working to connect individuals to supportive housing.
