Session Overview
AT Home is a first of its kind, multi-partner, 5-year initiative bringing together local governments, philanthropies, healthcare partners, and non-profits to deliver permanent supportive housing to over 200 neighbors experiencing chronic homelessness. This session will leverage diverse breakout groups to foster collaboration and identify innovative ways to solve common challenges.

Gary Pollack - Gary Pollack manages the Policy & Planning Unit within the City of Austin’s Homeless Strategy Office. Gary supports policy analysis and research, partnerships across City departments, and collaboration with community stakeholders. Since 2013, he has supported homeless and human services organizations and government agencies in New York City and Austin.
Akram Al-Turk

Akram Al-Turk is the Senior Director of Research and Public Policy at the Ending Community Homelessness Coalition, the lead agency in the Austin/Travis County Homelessness Response System. Akram leads ECHO's research, evaluation, and public policy work. He also works with partners on data integration and sharing efforts.
Anne Jensen

Annie Jensen is an Associate Director at Social Finance, a non-profit impact investing and advisory organization, supporting the public sector practice. Annie supports state and local partners to incorporate data-driven decision making, outcomes-based contracting and cross-sector partnerships into their work across the homelessness, health, and child welfare systems.
Dr. Audrey Kuang

Dr. Audrey Kuang joined Central Health in 2022 where she serves the hospital district's unhoused population. Additionally, she joined CommUnityCare in 2017 as an associate director of community engagement and health equality and serves as an assistant clinical professor with Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin.
