Lisa Boyd is currently Vice President of Operations for Equus Workforce Solutions and Equitable Social Solutions. Lisa has been with Equus for 8 years and currently oversees operations for programs that include WIOA, SNAP, TANF, childcare and homeless services across 12 states. Lisa has a passion for innovative solutions and building synergistic partnerships to better serve communities. Lisa has been in the workforce development industry for more than 25 years and has worked in the non-profit, government, and for-profit sectors. Having started her career as a TANF Case Manager Lisa has served in roles that include COO at the YWCA Southeast WI, Division Administrator for Employment and Training in Wisconsin’s Department of Workforce Development where she led the statewide efforts for programs that included Wagner-Peyser, Labor Market Information, Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers, Apprenticeship and WIA and Vice President at the Center for Self Sufficiency.

As a long-time service provider and operator working with the unhoused with a background in affordable housing, it is important to me that we select a diverse team to address our clients' diverse needs. Steven Reinhold has over 20 years of experience in education and workforce services. He has a thorough knowledge of public assistance and workforce development programs with a focus on individual and community impact. Steve is a proven leader and an innovative administrator.
