Dr. Sarah Narendorf is an associate professor at the University of Houston, Graduate College of Social Work. She has extensive research experience with young adults experiencing homelessness combined with mental health challenges. She is passionate about centering the voices and experiences of young adults with lived expertise to co-create better services and systems to ensure housing stability for all youth in the transition to adulthood.

Dr. Michelle Munson leads the Youth and Young Adult Mental Health group at NYU and has developed several interventions focused on treatment engagement for young adults including the Cornerstone Community Care and Just Do You.

Mr Prince Hayward
Transition Support Specialist

Presenter

Mr. Prince Hayward is a policy specialist with experiences as a consumer in the child welfare, mental health, and homelessness systems. He is currently working as a peer specialist in a permanent supportive housing program and serves as the transition support specialist for the newly developed Charge Up! program.
