Paul Williams, MPA oversees the Homeless Programs Team—which includes the Veterans Stable Housing Initiative and the Veteran SOAR Program—at MDVA. He has been with the agency since 2016. The MDVA is responsible for administering the state-wide master by-name list of veterans experiencing homelessness in Minnesota (Homeless Veteran Registry).

Andy Garvais, MPA has been with the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs since 2011 and was instrumental in establishing our Homeless Team. In addition to our Homeless Programs, he manages State Veterans Cemeteries and state benefit programs for Veterans.
