KEYS (Keep Empowering Young Adults to Succeed) is an innovative rapid rehousing program that provides individuals 18 – 30 years of age living with HIV access to housing and wraparound support services. This workshop will examine how KEYS centers lived experiences of a uniquely vulnerable population to provide life-changing services.

Carter Oselett is a Research and Evaluation Specialist at the AIDS Foundation Chicago. Oselett played a role in developing the evaluation program for KEYS and conducts the evaluation interviews with program clients. The Research and Evaluation team is responsible for disseminating project findings through presentations and publications.

In this role, Easterling manages KEYS staff and works with external partner organizations to provide HIV case management, employment and education services, housing assistance, and access to behavioral health programs.

Kira Rodriguez is the KEYS Referral Specialist at the AIDS Foundation Chicago. Rodriguez is responsible for finding clients eligible for KEYS through the Coordinated Entry System, completing a screening and referral, enrolling clients into the program and assigning them a case manager.
