Currently serving as VP of Supportive Housing for National Church Residences, Colleen has more than 30 years’ experience developing, implementing and operating innovative programs for fragile and special needs populations, including PSH programs for chronically homeless households and affordable assisted living for low-income seniors. Her approach focuses on implementing innovative and holistic Housing First programs aimed at ensuring the mental, emotional, physical and financial health of formerly homeless, disabled, and other fragile populations by focusing on the intersection of health, housing, community engagement, and employment services. Colleen has served in governance positions on multiple advisory boards including the Columbus Coalition for the Homeless, Franklin County Continuum of Care, Ohio Department of Development Advisory Committee, YMCA Housing Advisory Board, and more. Colleen is also a program/administrative surveyor for the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF). When she is not working, Colleen enjoys scuba diving, cooking, reading, and traveling.
