Anna has 15 years of experience working closely with vulnerable populations and leading multi-disciplinary teams. As Chief Program Officer, she oversees services, program effectiveness and staff development. Anna holds a B.A. in English Literature and a Master’s in Public Administration.

LaSaunda has more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience. As Chief Operating Officer she provides oversight of human resources, compliance and office systems. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management and Leadership.

Latasha has worked with homeless populations of Marin County and the Greater Bay Area for the past 23 years. She has worked successfully with homeless persons with mental illness, substance use, co-occurring disorder, HIV/AIDS and chronic illness by utilizing a low threshold/harm reduction, integrated services approach to “housing first” and long-term housing retention.
