The Hilton Foundation’s S25 Homelessness Initiative aims to work systemically to prevent and reduce homelessness and eradicate racial disparities by focusing on housing as the solution to homelessness. Debra Rog, Ph.D., a Westat Vice President, is a widely known expert in the evaluation of systems, housing, and services for homeless populations and research methodology, having edited over 50 textbooks and handbooks and authored numerous publications. She is the Principal Investigator of the Hilton Foundation’s S25 Homelessness Initiative evaluation.

Mr. Jeff Krentel supports the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation’s monitoring, evaluation and learning systems and processes that facilitate organizational learning, strategic adaptation and philanthropic impact. Mr. Krentel holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Roanoke College and a master’s degree in public policy from George Mason University.
