Presenter
Veronica McDonnell is the Assistant General Manager of the Los Angeles Community Investment for Families Department. McDonnell oversees the planning and administration of the City’s Consolidated Plan, which includes managing over $300 million in federal funds for neighborhood improvement projects and implementing CIFD’s social service programs focused on breaking the cycle of abuse, generational poverty, and creating community wealth.

Diana Grant is the Senior Program Manager for Survivor Services with the Community Investment for Families Department (CIFD) in the City of Los Angeles. Diana brings a decade of end-to-end experience in the victim service provision field, including resolving systemic gaps affecting housing unstable survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking; supervising domestic violence emergency and transitional shelter; and administering outreach and education to the community. With CIFD, Diana oversees programs in service of domestic violence and human trafficking survivors that CIFD administers in partnership with community-based organizations. These programs include emergency and transitional shelter operations, emergency hotel placement, and Survivors First, a temporary financial assistance program dedicated to obtaining or maintaining safe, permanent housing. Diana is currently completing her Master of Legal and Forensic Psychology.
