Meghan C. Deal, LICSW, ACSW is the National Director of VA’s HUD-VASH Program Office, prior to which she worked at VA Puget Sound Health Care System. Ms. Deal received her MSW from University of Washington and has been working with homeless and other underserved populations for more than 20 years.

Megan Stanley, MPPA, is the Veterans Administrator for King County Department of Community and Human Services, overseeing the King County Veterans Program and community investments through the local Veterans, Seniors, and Human Services Levy.
Tara Olsonawski
Senior Housing Program Manager
King County Housing Authority
Presenter
Tara Finke is the Senior Housing Program Manager over the Supportive Housing Vouchers at King County Housing Authority, which include the VASH CCM and VASH voucher programs. Tara has been with the Housing Authority for over 34 years and has vast knowledge of the Housing Choice Voucher program from receiving an application/referral, all the way through the clients end of participation on the program.
