Session Overview
As the premier Shared Recovery Housing model in Los Angeles, SHARE! Collaborative Housing has developed fundamental practices for maximizing Peer Services to promote empowerment and community connection. Peer Specialists use the evidence-based Peer practices of Peer Listening and Disclosing, Helper-Therapy, Self-Help Support groups to nurture community and autonomy.

Jason Robison has been with SHARE! since 2006, developing Peer programs and implementing best practices in Peer Services. Jason serves as a technical expert on Peer Services for SAMHSA's National Model Standards for Peer Core Competencies.
Maria Gonzalez

Maria Gonzalez began her work with SHARE! as a Peer Bridger in 2010, using lived experience to support people moving into housing with Peer Support. Maria has grown SHARE! Collaborative Housing into one of Los Angeles's most effective housing programs. 40% of people move-in within 24 hours of their first contact. Maria oversees a staff of 12 Peer Bridgers, housing 500 people per year.
