Jennifer Jimenez

Jennifer Jimenez is a Program Director with AFC’s Housing Team. Over the past 16 years, Jennifer has worked as a Housing Advocate and manager of the Housing Navigation Program. Her work not only focuses on linking PWH to housing pathways, but also on building programs with strong resource identification.

Zoey Vacca holds a Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago. With over 10 years' experience in non-profit administration, she has grown programs from planning and implementation to evaluation.
Melanie Paul
Sr. Manager, Housing Supportive Services

Melanie has worked in the field social service for the past 24 years with the last 20 years in Supportive Housing as a direct service provider and currently managing a team that oversees system level coordination of supportive housing. She strongly believes housing is a right, not a privilege.
