VinziDach – Housing First Salzburg verfügt über mehr als zwölf Jahre Erfahrung mit dem Housing-First-Ansatz und hat bereits über 140 Klient:innen erfolgreich in Wohnraum vermittelt. Die Zielgruppe sind langzeitobdach- und langzeitwohnungslose Menschen mit Doppeldiagnosen (psychische Erkrankung und Suchterkrankung). Die Erfolgsquote liegt bei 93 %. Im Sommer 2025 veröffentlichte das Institut für Immobilien, Bauen und Wohnen eine Wirkungsstudie zum Angebot von VinziDach. Die Untersuchung erfolgte in drei Dimensionen: Mikroebene: Analyse des Empowerment-Potenzials, belegt durch qualitative und quantitative Daten. Mesoebene: Betrachtung der Auswirkungen auf andere Einrichtungen der Wohnungslosenhilfe. Makroebene: Untersuchung der gesundheitlichen Effekte sowie des Entlastungspotenzials von Housing First für das stationäre klinische Angebot der Universitätsklinik für Psychiatrie, Psychosomatik und Psychotherapie in Salzburg. VinziDach- Housing First Salzburg has more than twelve years of experience in Housing First and has now provided housing for over 140 clients, with a success rate of 93%. The aim of the study is to document the impact of Housing First on homeless people with mental illness and addiction. The study will be finalised in July 2025 and shows the effects of Housing First in Salzburg based on three dimensions: At the micro level, the empowerment potential is shown, at the meso level the effects of Housing First on regional organisations working on homelessness and at the macro level the clinical relief potential for psychiatry in Salzburg. The study not only demonstrates the individual benefits for those supported by Housing First, but also visualises a form of economic relief potential.
